New Employment Forms

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has recently revised and released a NEW version of Form I-9 that went into effect April 3, 2009.
ALL employers, regardless of size are required to fill one out for each new employee.

In addition, all companies are required to use the new, 2009 Federal W-4 Forms for all employees.
